  1. Hi Beth,
I ordered six plates from you a couple of months ago and I think picked them up in late nov/early dec. This was the second time I ordered… first time I ordered four. Anyway, the six plates are slightly deeper than the first four, and they do not fit into my dishwasher (the first four do). 😦 I just wanted to ask if you were open to me giving those back to be sold at market (we haven’t used them), and giving you one of the first ones I have so you could make 6 more like it? I have no idea if this is completely outlandish to be asking this so late in the game, but I thought I would try.

I am sorry to be getting to you so late about this… December was an incredibly busy month for me and I could handle almost nothing outside of my regular life… I know that probably sounds ridiculous, but it’s the way it was. So glad it’s over.

Again, I apologize that this is just now getting to you.

    • Hi Jenni,   That would be totally OK to return those plates.  Things are a bit over the top hectic right now, but in a week or so I should be able to connect up with you to get the plates you want to return, and the one you want me to make more of.I am trying to be more consistent, but it really helps to have a copy of the one you really want!My phone # is 689-5361. Maybe call  next weekend, and we can make a plan to meet. Thanks!Beth

  2. Hi Beth,
Last year I started buying your soaps for my rental cabins and we really enjoyed them. I was just about to order some more for the 2016 season and I noticed on your ingredient list you are using Palm Oil. I am trying to be very conscious of where ingredients are sourced and Palm Oil is a BIG avoid due to the destruction its production is causing in Southeast Asia. Please let me know if you plan to remove this from your otherwise lovely soaps.

    • Hi Georgina,
I do use palm oil, and am very conscientious about it’s use. One of daughter’s actually went to Panama and did her research on developing sustainable practices for harvesting palm fronds for weaving baskets. I always use organic and sustainably harvested palm oil. It is just not listed as such on my label due to the cost of reprinting the labels. I will note that for my next round of printing.
Here is a link for the oil production and harvest, and I purchase it through the company called Soaper’s Choice.
If you have any more questions, let me know.
      Warm wishes,
